Super catchy from the start, congrats. I'm not a big hip hop/r&b guy, and this kept my attention. I will say when the female verse comes in, it almost feels too clean and proper against the chorus. Production wise, I think that could be tweaked and remixed for sure to make that transition more cohesive. That is really my only criticism, it really is a solid track. The flute is a perfect fit for this too, with the drops and the end, bring this track it's own sound.
Love the groove. Great pulse. Love the puns and double entendre. Lyrically strong, great form. Love that 2000's throwback pan flute sound too. The guest verse is solid but not spectacular. The only room for improvement are the vocals, production and performance-wise. But as a song that can be plugged for an artist like Iggy or Nicki? On the fuckin' mark.
I liked this! Nice flow to the whole track and well constructed track. My main point would be that while I love the throwback flute and 90's/early 00's RnB sound to this, the production is still somewhat empty in parts. Perhaps some additional adlibs could do the trick or a more significant bass line? The vocals are great and the rap well suited. You have a good track here!
