While the influences of electronic pioneers such as Brian Eno, Little Dragon, and David Byrne permeate his sound, Taiwo's love of all things rock can be glimpsed right below the surface. From fantastical, bowie-esque melodies to haunting vocals reminiscent of Edward Sharp, he has melded his many influences into an electro indie sound that has been described as "a burgeoning wind through the lungs of a newborn solar system."

Hey Taiwo thanks for the submission. I read what you were looking for in production. I do have one idea. It might be necessary on this song but I think it would be really valuable to read this thorough post I wrote on 2nd melodies and / or what you'd call the riff. I think that's one thing missing from your piece - not that this one needs it but when you're looking to make long standing pieces of work - there are usually 2nd melodies (the riff) that identify the song outside of the lead vocalist singing one note. There's more thoughts on this here: https://www.benjamingroff.com/blog/2nd-melodies-aka-the-riff No one ever really talks about it and I think it's a huge concept. The mix sounds good to me though. I like some of the guitar work and effects. Nice vocals too reminds me a little of Geddy Lee. It might be interesting to play around with muting the big picture chords and seeing if you can make a "2nd melody" underlying your actual vocal. Hope it's helpful!
