Gabriel Bass is an eclectic songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who directs the musical and pedagogic project Kora Karuna in Colombia. Raised outside of Chicago but also a world traveler, his music is informed by influences of blues, rock, and jazz mixing with folklore from all over the world, and draws on the ancestral as well as the contemporary. As both an artist and an anarchist, the idea is to use music to transcend prejudices, stimulate solidarity, and celebrate diversity and compassion.

The arrangement is really nice. The song is sweet and overall solid. However, I think the levels need to be adjusted a bit. The kora is a little too loud compared to everything else. I know it's the lead instrument but it's distracting at times and sometimes too sharp. Overall I think the vocals need to be more prominent because the instruments are currently overshadowing you. But the song itself is very nice and I think these adjustments could make it better.
