Hey SoundQ - loved the video ... I'll look to see if we can include this in our best of indie pop post coming up soon at www.wearetheguard.com.  Also just started following you on Spotify.  In regards to your questions:

1. Which established artists would you say SOUNDQ sounds similar to?
The Knife!

2. What are your thoughts on how to best promote Bad Lot outside SOUNDQ's local market (ie. outside Poland)?

This is fantastic! Both the song and the video. I checked your Spotify and you should easily have 100x the monthly listeners that you do.

This is sonically right in my wheelhouse, but no comparisons come to mind. Trance techo ballad works for me... except maybe the ballad part. I'll share the video and ask on Twitter!

SubmitHub might be a good place for you to start. If it were me and I had a great video like this, I'd run Facebook ads as a "fan finder" (optimized for video views with no call to action or buttons), testing different parts of the video to see what gets the best response, and then continuing to put $5 or so a day behind the winning clip.
