Hey Jacob - thanks for the submission.  I think it's overall really strong...like all the elements are there but I think you're on the way / a few more levels to go.  Meaning I think the production is good - but what would it need to sound like in 2021.  Vocals are really strong.  I think the song is really good too - but these days to break through - it's all about standing out, having a strong sonic and visual identity and overall statement of what you stand for.  A few ideas here.  Also have you thought about any additional vocal production vs just one main lead vocal?  As far as finding your direction...my recommendation is to reach for the sonic direction that might scare your the most but rings the most true. Hope that's helpful!
